MT SAVERâĒ
The MT SAVER protects the fiber endâfaces of MTâbased connector systems. Itâs made of an ultraâthin polyimide film with an ultraâthin silicone adhesive which provides a transparent optical path with minimum optical loss and variation. It is precisely designed and manufactured to fit in MT ferrule connectors. It offers protection from fiber scratches and contamination and fills any airâgaps at the fiberâtoâfiber interface, with an index matched media, reducing optical losses while providing increased channel-to-channel uniformity.
